At Artscape Splash, we believe in the power of art to inspire and transform. Step into our immersive art studio where your imagination is the only limit. We offer a fun and interactive splatter painting experience for everyone. Whether you’re a seasoned artist or just looking to try something new, our 45 minute sessions are designed for all skill levels. We provide all materials—paint, paint sprays, brushes and other tools, and a 40cm x 50cm canvas and a box to take your artwork home in, on the day. You just have to focus on unleashing your creativity while having fun!

Take Your Artwork Home, Mess-Free!

Worried about how to transport your masterpiece? Don’t be! We’ll have your canvas ready the same day, securely packaged in our custom take-home box—ensuring a mess-free journey, whether you're traveling by car, train, or bus.

Splash Paint Sessions

Join our splash paint session and let your imagination flow.  We have 5 (Harpenden) or 8 (Radlett) spaces per session. 

Group Splash Sessions

Want to celebrate a birthday or want a private splash session with friends and family?  Contact us with your request and we will aim to make it happen. 

Large Canvas Experience 

If you would like to have a big canvas experience, up to 6 people per group to create one big masterpiece. Get in touch. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are we located and is there parking outside?

HARPENDEN - We are just off Station Road in Harpenden. Its a large building on your right within the Artscape shop. We have ample free parking right outside. 

RADLETT - We are in Battlers Green Farm, Unit 29b (which is on the left of the Osprey Shop). We have ample free parking at the farm. 

Are we wheelchair accessible?

Harpenden - Unfortunately this location of our splash studio, which is on the first floor doesnt have wheelchair access. It is something we are looking into for the future though. 

Radlett - Yes this can be arranged with a ramp for the step so wheelchair access is possible. 

How long does the canvas take to dry?

The paints used are quick drying and we place your canvas into a lovely box to take away so that you dont have to worry about paint going everywhere. 

What should Artscape splash participants wear?

We recommend you dress for a mess. Although we provide a protective plastic overshirt with a hood, we still recommend you wear some old clothing that you don’t mind getting messy. We also provide shoe/trainer covers for use when in the studio.
