Artscape Foundation

Creativity without limits - Expression without barriers

Our Story

Inspired by the philanthropic, compassionate and empathetic nature of Artscape’s late founder, Gurmeet Suharan, the Artscape Foundation was created by Ashish Pattni to continue that legacy. Guided by these values, we believe that creativity should be accessible to everyone—not just those who can easily access it. Artscape Foundation exists to open that door.

What We Do

We offer complimentary splash paint experiences designed for individuals who may not otherwise have the opportunity to take part. These sessions are sensory-led, inclusive and pressure-free, built around expression rather than instruction. There are no rules, no expectations—just space to create, explore, and enjoy.

Who it's for

Our sessions are created specifically for learning disabled individuals, neurodivergent children and young adults, and those who benefit from sensory, non-verbal creative experiences. Every session is adapted to be calm, welcoming, and supportive of different needs.

Our First Partnership

We are proud to begin our journey working alongside The Inclusion Project. A multi-award winning innovative initiative that promotes a healthy, social and active lifestyle for Learning Disabled and Neurodiverse adults. The emphasis is for participants to be included into the local community.

Together, we are bringing the joy of splash painting and expressive art to their young adults—creating a safe, engaging environment where creativity can be explored freely and confidently. This partnership marks the beginning of what we hope will grow into a wider programme of inclusive creative experiences.

Why It Matters - For many individuals, especially those who are neurodivergent or learning disabled, traditional activities can feel restrictive or inaccessible. Splash painting offers a release of energy and emotion, a way to communicate without words, and a moment of freedom, joy, and independence. It’s not about the outcome—it’s about the experience

Looking Ahead - This is just the start. As Artscape Foundation grows, we aim to expand sessions, partner with schools and organisations, and create a sustainable programme of accessible creative experiences.

Get Involved - If you are a parent, carer, or organisation, or would like to support what we’re building, we’d love to hear from you.

A Note from Artscape - Artscape Foundation is currently operating as a community-led initiative, with plans to grow into a formal charitable organisation in the future.
